RETURNS & EXCHANGES

The return and/or exchange request should be done within 14 days of delivery of the product to you with the reason, order number and an image of the product condition.

In order for your return and/or exchange to be approved by us, the returned and/or exchanged item must comply to the below requirements:

  • The item must not be worn or damaged
  • The return must be in its original packaging, diff. ziplock case
  • The transparent and black label tags must not be ripped of from the item and/or damaged
  • Due to hygiene reasons, the adhesive hygienic underwear tags must not be removed from the products after the delivery of the product to you.

Once you decide to return and/or exchange the products you can either contact us via email, [email protected] or you can follow the return process on our website.

You should return the purchased goods via the courier stated by us; UPS Courier except for Turkey, in case the return is executed in Turkey you may return the purchased goods by MNG Courier.

Please note that we are not responsible for the shipping charges for returns unless there are any products with major defects. You shall hand back the products to the courier firm stated by us not later than 10 days from the day on which you communicate the decision of return.

If you choose a different courrier other than the one mentioned above you will be liable for all the costs and will assume the risk and harm on the return package.

Also, please be informed that you will be responsible for the contents of the return package when you use any of the return options offered by us. 

After we receive the returned and/or exchanged product, it will go under our examination in order to confirm that the product complies with the above mentioned return and/or exchange requirements.

Once we confirm that you are entitled for a return and/or exchange you will be notified via email.

Reimbursement will be without undue delay and in any event, your refund will be processed and applied to your initial method of payment, which will define the refund timeline depending on your banking process.

In the event that there is an error in the content of the return package not attributable to us (i.e. returns and exchanges not complying to the above mentioned requirements) , we will be entitled to manage the return of the package to your attention and pass on to you the corresponding costs.
